Pamplemousse Releases April 1!

Hear ye, hear ye! Today, I am proud to announce that Dominique Pamplemousse has now passed Apple’s review gauntlet. As such, I now have an actual release date: Monday, April 1, 2013! [1]

You’ll be able to buy the game either from the App Store if you’re going for the iPad version, or directly from me if you want the desktop version. Both will run for $4.99 USD.

Oh, and if you contributed to the Indiegogo campaign and requested a copy of the game, make sure you check your email later today…

I’m one of the Indiegogo contributors who received an advance copy of the game. I just played through the whole thing and wanted to let you know that I loved it. Technologically, I was really impressed with however you did the music looping, it sounds great and makes it feel like being in an actual musical. Story-wise (and spoiler free) every time I thought I had it figured out, something unexpected happened. Also, I really appreciated that final “Continue” save-point.

I’m also one of your indiegogo supporters / players and just played the game in one sitting. Really really super entertaining!!! I don’t think I’ve been so entertained by an adventure in years!! Maybe because it’s all about the story and the performance. Great job – and a great inspiration too! Thanks a lot! Best from Hamburg, Germany
