Having satisfied your curiosity, you turn around and walk away. As you do so, however, you find yourself bumping smack into a vaguely human-shaped surface.

"Oh, I’m terribly sorry for being so clumsy. I assure you, dear lady*, it will never happen again."

You back up in an attempt to see exactly what it was you just bumped into and find yourself face-to-face with a knight. Or someone who looks like a knight, anyway – a lanky, reasonably good-looking man with shoulder-length hair, a beard, a suit of chainmail armour, and a sword strapped to his waist. In any event, he looks rather out of place here in twenty-first century North America.

  1. Stand there and stare at the man’s unusual getup.
  2. Saunter off on your merry way and continue exploring the market.

* No, your eyes are not deceiving you; this game is, indeed, assuming that you are female. There are, after all, way too many games out there that assume the player to be male, which tend to make for rather awkward situations for women, particularly when rescuing a princess is involved. It’s only fair.
