Many moons ago, a young woman sat on a rock lost in thought. This woman (who I will call Susan), hardly an important soul in this world of conflicts and sorrows, was wishing to run from all this chaos. But alas, it would do no good. This rock was bound to Susan, who had to stay within six cubits of it, or turn into an ox, all thanks to a random run-in, two months ago, with a magic man who lost his sanity.
A giant fuchsia bird was walking (not flying, for it was too big to do so) past this rock, and instantly, it saw Susan. Noticing that this young woman did not look happy, it said, "Why must you sit on that rock?"
To this, Susan said with a gasp, "Holy cow! A giant fuchsia talking bird!"
Now, this giant fuchsia talking bird was slightly angry at Susan's outburst. "Mmm-hmm. I'll say it again: Why must you sit on that rock?"
"If I don't stay within six cubits of this rock, I'll turn into an ox. Happy? Now go away."
But this bird would not go away. It said "No. I won't go away. I want to aid you in doing away with your constraint."
"But why? I'm simply a random girl you found shortly ago."
"It truly pains my soul to watch a poor lady in captivity. Who did this to you?"
"A magic man. I don't know who it was. But still, I'm not familiar with any magic man to start with."
"Ah. I know all about magic. I had to study it in my youth. I will aid you. Just wait."
So our gallant bird ran off, but was back shortly, carrying a diamond. This diamond was thrown hard at Susan's rock, causing it to vanish.
''I'm free!" shouted Susan. "Thank you ever so much! How can I ever repay you?"
''You already have," replied the bird, as he flew off into the sunset. For he, too, was now free from constrainment.
Constraint: most of this story is missing the letter "e".
