Corvus was ever-so-kind enough to invite me to participate in this month’s Blogs of the Round Table podcast dealing with literary themes in games, and I thought it sounded like fun, so I ever-so-kindly obliged. It’s now up, so if you’d like to hear me saying “um”, “er”, “like”, and “pretty much” a lot and completely failing to correctly pronounce “Galatea”, do give it a listen.
In other news, I’ve joined Twitter, so if you’ve got an account there, feel free to follow me. At the moment, it’s eating some of my updates, which is a little strange, but hopefully that’ll get fixed in the long run.
Thanks for much for being a part of it, Deirdra. It was great chatting with you in real time.
The pleasure was all mine, Corvus.
About your IF games… Do they have multivariative walkthrough?
I don’t know… what’s a multivariative walkthrough?
Different solutions for puzzles, possibly more than one ending… For short, something like TGTTPOACS or Chivalry.
For the moment, they have whatever I have time to implement in under a week.
Re: Twitter. I can’t make head or tail of it. What is it and why?
Hi, Deirdra.
I ejoyed listening the podcast. Actually it was a little bit to long. I’ve listen it long after midnight. I have to hear it again anyway.
@Rikard:
Twitter is like a short message blog- not a fixed chat, less than a full blog. You may express and share your thoughts while they are in the flow. Seeking for astonishing things. A simple format, that makes it easy to use on daily basis. Some like, most ignore it, some hate it. As you like it.
