Amateur IFs were the only games I could actually play! I played a lot of them in the mid-to-late 90s, and always intended to write one someday. I've fallen out of that scene in a major way, alas. I still have fondness for em. Anchorhead still remains a favorite of mine. At university i had a black and white mac laptop with a whooping 8 megabyte hard drive.
