DS Adventure Games
July 11th, 2006I heard a lot about Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney last year, but never got around to playing it, mainly because I didn’t want to go through the trouble of buying a Nintendo DS. However, now that I have a DS and managed to get a copy of the game before it went out of print AGAIN, I can proudly say that I have played the fabled Phoenix Wright, and it is excellent, and I highly recommend it. It’s extremely melodramatic and intentionally cheesy - what more could I possibly want in a game?
I also played Trace Memory (AKA Another Code in other parts of the world), which was also good. A friendly ghost that reminded me of Casper follows you around everywhere. Unfortunately, there was no instance in the game in which said friendly ghost turned into a human who just so happened to be played by a barely pubescent Devon Sawa. I was, indeed, disappointed.

I wish I could work at Telltale and make big money and buy a DS too. And play with it!
But if there’s no Christina Ricci in Trace Memory, I guess there isn’t much point. And since you didn’t mention her, I’ll assume she isn’t. Otherwise you would have. Well, you should have.
Good to hear the American food hasn’t killed you yet, though!

No, there is no Christina Ricci in Trace Memory. I was so indignant over the lack of Devon Sawa that I somehow managed to forget this unfortunate fact.
The American food hasn’t yet killed me; however, I now weigh over seven hundred pounds. Oh well. Maybe for my next internship, I can apply for a job on the moon. That way, I’ll lose 5/6 of my weight, bringing me back to something closer to my usual size.

Seven hundred pounds? How many meters is that?

You measure weight in meters? Odd. It’s 318 kg, though, so I think she was exaggerating.

Rikard is absolutely right. He wins a hot date with Christina Ricci.

Umm… thanks?
